Keep pumping the fluids as I'm sure you're doing and avoid sugar beverages.
I even had a nurse once tell me to give my baby soda which was stupid advice
which my lactation nurse seconded for sure.  I've never heard of those
frozen electrolyte pops Joe Elizabeth, where can I find those?  That's an
awesome idea!

My daughter had the stomach flu once.  I called my pediatrician right away,
because I had no idea what to do.  She said it took a while for dehydration,
at least 12 hours.  She said to wait a few hours before giving her liquid,
basically to make sure her stomach is empty.  Ifit has been 5-6 hours, and
he hasn't vomited, start with a water and go from there.  I would do this,
if he has kept throwing up what you have given him.  If he's still throwing
up today, I would call your doctor, or ifthere's a high fever.  Also, as a
warning, his appetite might take a few days to become normal again.  I hope
he feels better soon!

My son came home with a stomach flu today.

He threw up twice in two hours. I forget how often vomiting needs to happen
before dehydration becomes a concern.

I know it's not twice in two hours but if he continues, when do you go to
the emergency room?
