Try a store that specializes in kid stuff like Toys R Us.  Otherwise, you
can't lose by searching on-line as well but I know how it's nicer to get
your hands on those kinds of things to try it out right away and bring it
back into the store if it doesn't work.

I have tried to ask for one in stores and no one ever seems to know what I
am talking about!! Where can I get one? I once used one that an elderly lady
had for her grand children, and it was very nice not to have the seat belt
hitting me in the neck all of the time.
