Never, ever, ever, ever, ever just stop cold turkey!!! This is a perfect
way to get clogged milk ducts which is horrifically painful and can lead to
infection. If and when you decide to do this make sure to wean your baby
off slowly but since your daughter has a medical condition and the milk is
especially crucial for her, I suggest pumping if anything and giving her the
milk via bottle. That milk is giving her your am unity which will only aid
her in fighting infection and other problems with her already weak heart.
You've been a super woman mom up to this point so I am confident you can do
this.

You would have to run your brests under hot water when you take a shower.
You also need to leave them alone and stop using the pump.
The pump if you containue use it will keep producing milk.
So that is what I suggest.
thans I hope this helps let us no what worketed for you.
