I where an H cup when not nursing and an M cup when pregnant and nursing. It
can be done and with out under wires. Proper fit is the key. Go to a bra
specialty store and not a department store.

Though if you really do not want to nurse, it is just not the answer for
everyone. I can tell you that pumping sucks. My third child was very
pre-mature and I did the pump and bottle thing for eight months. Of course I
was also home with two other kids and a husband who was out of town most of
the time working. I can not speak to what it will be like in a more
supportive setting.

I know it can be done because my sister who is a k braw size nursed for 9
months. As for the dietavetic issue a dietission should be able to help. You
are at less risk for oinfection if the baby nurses rather than pumping. The
pumping is a simulated latch and is something you have to wash. God made
mother and special for this to work.
