I never mentioned anything about you having Bio children or not, some one else did and this was a while back. the word Spam means to get email that you never asked for. its not a bad word its a simple explanation. as some who has dealt with E-Commerce for as long as you have 8 years you said I'd think you know this. and I bet some where in your agency's terms of service in which you work for, they frown upon sending out emails advertising your service to people who don't opt in for receiving such messages.
I actually like your site and your offerings and see myself ordering from you in the future. be happy. :-)
