We have the Dyson Animal and it is wonderful, it's pricey and it's heavy if
you have to go up and down stairs. We also have the Shark, which is a lot
cheaper and also works wonderful, especially on un-carpeted floors. We have
three dogs and four cats and children in and out all day long, and they are
awsome.

Has anyone suggested the Dison? The one I purchased from QVC has attachments
for furniture as well as floors and is easily emptied and in our apartment
where I now have a guide dog and a retired one, we have an adequate amount
of fur. My landlord purchased a similar model through overstock.com; they
also have two dogs and entertain incessantly.
