Hi:

I agree.  I think that a dermatologist would be a good start to getting a 
second opinion if your doctor can't find the problem.  A dermatologist can 
usually tell what the problem is quicker, especially on the skin.  They 
might be able to help you a little better.  I hope your little one gets 
better soon.
