[blparent] cool gifts?

We gave our son a VTech Alphabet train, he's obsessed with trains right now. I wanted to mention it here because it turns out it's extra accessible and I didn't even know it when we bought it. IT comes with 13 blocks with letters on them, two letters per block, but the letters are raised and very clear to read by touch. I've found other tactile letters are not always easy, at least for me, to read because they are written in a fancy font. Anyway this is a perfect learning tool for me to help quiz my son on his letters. Plus the ride on train is super fun and the sounds and little electronic book that is on the train is fun and educational. If any of you have toddlers who love trains, this is a winner. :)
