Niki,
What has changed since the time you couldn't keep up with the townhouse and now?
If you do live on your own, you'll have to do all the stuff you had to do with the town house.
Can you reasonably do this?

And how will moving out solve anything if you don't have the skills or ability (both physically and mentally to live on your own?

    I don't use my disability as an exuse not to do something or say I can't
do something. It makes me mad when someone says to me, "Oh you're blind, you
can't do this." Yes that may be true when it comes to driving a car, but you
better be ready for a fight if you're gonna tell me I can't do something
because I'm blind.

I do however lack confidence in myself because I have people who baby me,
treat me as though I could break. They do things for me. It's like I have no
room to grow. I agree with those that say I need to move out of my parent's
hous in order to gain full control, but on the other hand, I need the extra
help because of my health issues. At one time, I did have my own home, but
things weren't so great and my health got so bad that the up keep of the
townhome became neglected and my marriage ended.

You do know, you just have to do it. Take action with the school.  You'll
never know unless you witness the behavior yourself, at the time, not
several hours after it happened.  Be a parent who steps in and is part of
the day activities and don't tell me you are blind and cannot. Nikki, don't
make me get up off this couch and take you by the hand.  Cause you know I
will.
