[blparent] leashes and harnesses

My sister had this one for her daughter that was cute. It was a monkey
and the tail was the leash. So no worries about it wrapping about the
neck, just the middle.
And it was also a pack. She would put some things for her kid in the
pack, like pull ups, wipies, snacks etc...
