[blparent] placement of bells for crawling baby

I could see how if they fell on it just right or another kid at a playgroup
was messing with it could make it a hazard though.

Diaper pins cannot be opened by a baby  I pinned them to apart leg or the

oher than home, because at home I have no problem with him crawling
everywhere.
