Congratulations on your move.  I have a cousin who lives near to San Diego
and she and kids love love love it.  Of course they are sighted, but her son
travels by himself across the city by bus and he is 14.  She says they have
wonderful public transportation.
There are so many wonderful things to see in Southern Cali, lots of beaches,
Sea World, the Zoo and if you purchase a yearly pass, you can see all of
them any time you want.  I also think they have the best Aquarium I have
ever seen.  Good luck! V

Congratulations to your husband on the promotion. I hope you enjoy San
Diego.
I'm actually taking a trip there this summer. My best friend and I are
taking Savannnah and her son for a week long vacation.
Would love to discuss San Diego with you at some point if you have time. We
are trying to plan around public transportationa nd things like that. Plus
want to do as much with the kids that we can fit in.
