[blparent] birthday party help

Well, if they're all around five years old, the food, cake, gifts, and play 
area may be enough.  The restaurant staff probably cleans up.  I've never 
done a birthday party at a restaurant before, but I've been there when other 
people have, and I'm not sure doing games or crafts would work in that 
environment.
