I had the nurse come out for home visits, but I didn't mind because I saw 
her as a useful resource.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, Heather.  The Hadley courses that Sharon 
mentioned are a really helpful place to start getting your questions 
answered, and this list is also a great resource.
