My 12 year old asked for the Air Hogs again this year, but we said no. The
two previous Christmas's he has been given three of the silly things and can
not seem to get the idea not to fly them around his then three and four year
old brother who could not resist plucking them out of the air like King
Kong. The first time we replaced it, but after that it seemed like he should
have learned not to fly the thing in his brother's air space. :)
They are very appealing to kids of all ages, but not very sturdy. For those
of you unfamiliar, the mini rc helicopters we are talking about start at
about $30 if you find them on sale.

The V-Tech helicopter is great.

Harrison got: a drum, cool clothes, a tiny rocking horse, a table and chair,
books, a lot of New England Patriots garb, bath toys, a set of wooden
trucks, and a Tigger tooth brush!

He's discovering them all individually now. It's funny to watch them
gravitate to certain things.

I remember getting my nephew a helocopter a couple of years ago and having a
similar experience. They don't make toys like they used to.
Savannah got a cabbage patch, a baby alive doll, a dora puzzle play mat, a
tool kit, clothes which she opened screamed happily and said i love them
lol, um she got a gift card, a personalized backpack, a littliest pet shop
remote control car, a cleaning set, and some new play food.
I received new slippers and pj pants, a real jewelry box for once in my
life, which i love, new boots, gift cards, and new yoga pants.
I wasn't expecting all of the gifts that I received, but was completely
grateful for all.
It was a lovely day with just enough family, plenty of food, and lots of
love.
