Yes and the teacher is right.

I also wouldn't spend a lot of time thinking this is your doing.
My little girl has beautiful writing and that wasn't my doing.

I am sure there are things she's not so good at.
I'd just work withSarah on this if you can.

I got an e-mail from Sarah’s preschool teacher. Apparently they were working on letters, and the teacher noticed that Sarah wasn't holding her pencil right. She wants me to do some exercises to strengthen Sarah’s pincher grip. Has anybody heard of this? Does it matter how you hold a pencil anyway?
