Great ideas and great descriptions. It is really important to burp the baby 
to get the air out. If you cannot hold him on your left side, you may have 
to try your right shoulder and, if you can, pat his back with the left hand. 
Jo Elizabeth mentioned having him over your knees, too. I'm not sure how 
premature babies are affected. Good luck.
