You should also be aware that the little pens are the part that is most
likely to need to be replaced. They are easy to change out with a
screwdriver, but not for little hands to just pull out and lose.

Yes, she's four, and she can match pictures. I have a braille labeler, so I
could put maybe "A" on one book and cartridge, and "B" on another. My
stepson is here to show her how to use everything. I suppose that if the
machine is designed for kids, it's tough enough to withstand some
preschooler frustration, jabbing the pen all around.
