[blparent] Bacon and rice casserole recipe?

Hi.  Several months ago, somebody posted a recipe for a rice oven casserole with bacon and cheese in it.  I'd like to fix it for supper, but I'm not sure I remember everything that went in it.  If you know who you are, and you can recall the recipe, could you post it again?
