Oh, I forgot about those little milk cartons, I know they come in chocolate
and vanilla, do they also come plain?

Roll ups and wraps are also nice. The flour tortillas will also travel from
store to hotel better than a loaf of bread. Raison bread or cinnamon bread
is also denser than some other breads and travels better. I like the raison
and cinnamon too because they are usually moist enough to eat with peanut
butter or cream cheese without any jelly. My kids love a roll up with
peanut butter and honey.

I like to use this really strong raw honey I get here locally because I can
use much less than of the milder flavored store honey I have found.

You can also get milk in little boxes like juice boxes that do not have to
be refridgerated. Then only drop a couple into an ice bucket to get cold
for cereal or drinking.

If your room has a coffee maker, you can run plain water through it for
instant oatmeal, Ramen noodles, or some dry cereal package. These may all be
lo on the nutrition scale, but they are way cheaper and probably not any
worse than what comes out of most commercial kitchens especially if compared
to fast food.

Hey, thank you, pretzels, nuts and fruit cups are marvelous ideas! I'm also
trying to get some ideas to feed hungry munchkins for lunch, instead of
going to those long long lines.
Peanut butter and apples would also be good.
