I have a noise machine from Sharper Image.
Works great and there are a bunch of different sounds you can use, mine is set to rain.
You also may want to try melitonin(sp?) to help you sleep. You can get it at CVS in 10 mg capsules. I've found 20 mg's works for me.

Ah, yes. I found a similar audio-only one that I nearly got for myself, as
I'm a horrible insomniac and have some other things that make it hard to
sleep. In fact, if I can find that particular model, I may get it this
Christmas.
