[blparent] Explaining vision loss to children

The thing to remember with melatonin, no matter what the dose, is that you
typically have to take it at the same time every night, and then go to bed
within a half hour or so of that time. I found that melatonin didn't work
for me when I tried it because I couldn't keep to a strict enough routine.
Maybe I could now, since my life has gotten more predictable--at least in
some ways--after having a child. I ought to try it again. But that was the
drawback I found with melatonin.

Jo Elizabeth

"How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young,
compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of
the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of
these."--George Washington Carver, 1864-1943, American scientist
