Mine said the same for if you're throwing up a lot since they'll absorb
quicker in the body, but she also recommended taking a prescription prenatal
if possible over the kids vitamins because of some essential things that
only the prenatal have like the level of folic acid which is so important
for baby.

My OB actually said I could just take a daily children's vitamin like the
Flintstone or Disney vitamin. I take two a day, and I opted for the Disney
sour gummies. She said it's not necessary to take an official pre-natal
vitamin.

I took prenatal vitamins, but the only brand I could take was Walgreen's,
all other's made me ill.
