That is by leapfrog. I don't know the name of the single letter one, but the
3 letter one is called word wammer.

There's a great little set of magnetic letters that go on the fridge, plus a
box that you put a letter in and hear a song about the sound it makes.  I'm
not sure what the name of the set is, but you could search for magnetic
phonics set on Amazon and you'll find it.
