I also had a very positive experience with Amazon's baby registry. I
don't specifically remember changing quantities, but I'm pretty sure I
did at some point. And no, not all of these sites are the same. I had
a hard time with the Buy Buy Baby site, but their in-store customer
service was the best I've experienced. I also had issues with removing
items from the Target registry. Good luck.
