[blparent] Healthy foods

I'm not a big doughnut person. I absolutely can't stand Crispy Cream-
makes me want to puke, LOL! I'm actually not a big sweet person. Usually
if I eat something sweet, I need a salty chaser, grin. I don't like
extra salt added to stuff, but I definitely like my salty treats
compared to sweets, or at least things not super sweet. I like raw
almonds and cashews and raw veggies. I like fruit if wanting sweet. Not
big on ice cream either, but every now-and-then it sounds good. When I
was a kid, I loved sweets, but the older I get, the less I enjoy sweets
especially super rich, decadent ones. Although, I must confess I love
cheesecake. It's the one sweet I can't say no too, smile.

I don't like eating in the car either at least if on a long car ride. If
I am less active and sitting a lot, I don't get very hungry, and I
usually alter my calorie in-take when not as active. I now will feel too
full if I eat much when sitting a lot like in the car.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

I only like them when we are on a road trip. They are wonderful when
placed on the dash in a hot car. Ha ha, but we rarely buy anything like
that. Now if we're gonna be bad, it will be with ice cream or perhaps
a good donut.
