[blparent] Healthy foods- protein

I was refering to the coiled meat that Tae talked about.  It could be
sausage, but that usually comes in links not so much coiled, ring bologna
was the only think I could think of that could be coiled.

Do you mean ring as in it comes in a long tube? Perhaps you are referring to
the little rings of plastic you peel off the edges of bologna?

Smoked sausage is not bologna. It is a sausage that comes in a tube and is
maybe a two inch diameter and it is sold with the tu wrapped around in a
loop.

The only ring meat I'v seen is ring bologna, but honestly haven't seen it
for years.

Do you mean smoked sausage? I have never put it in a taco, but it is good
sliced up in mac and cheese.
