[blparent] warning about Future Aids, The Braille Super Store!

So true, and thanks all for your support! It's sad that Danny is bringing
himself to slaughter like this. There are plenty of other great and well
run businesses out there who could use my hard earned $$.

Warmly,

Erin

That's true. I run a business out of my home. It isn't retail, where
customers buy things online, but still, it's imperative that I operate
professionally, no matter what is going on in my personal life. It sounds
like the retail owner in question needs some training. Not turning down the

TV to speak to Erin on the phone was the big red flag for me. And even if
the flute was a dollar store special, he should have been the one offering
ways to fix the problem, instead of risking the loss of a customer, and
maybe more than one from word of mouth, by not trying to be helpful.
