Hi Everyone,

First, thank you to everyone for working to get us back on track.  I am sorry for any feelings that were 
hurt along the way.  That has never been the intent.

Please remember that if you have questions or believe something should be dealt with, write to me instead 
of to the list.  Also, please know that there is some work that goes on behind the scenes.  If you get mad 
because someone didn't listen to notes from Dave or I, resist the attempt to write to the list about it.  
If someone has ignored both Dave and I, the chances are pretty good that they will ignore you, too, and 
you'll get other list members on your case.  <smile>
