[blparent] child locator

The teddy bear is quite large for a shoe, but the pin in the pants pocket
might work. Sarah is past the chronic wandering stage, so I only use the
locator now when we go to big places like the zoo or the fair where getting
separated and lost is a big possibility. I've also really stressed learning
Mommy's and Daddy's name, and our house number and street address, just in
case.

"How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young,
compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of
the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of
these."--George Washington Carver, 1864-1943, American scientist
