Gosh.  It might be a fluke thing, but you ought to consider writing to the 
company and letting somebody know what happened.  If enough people do that, 
the company will look into fixing the problem somehow.  And who knows, they 
may be grateful you told them and send you something.  I found a chunk of 
plastic in a candy bar once and sent it to the company, and I got a box of 
twelve candy bars from them.

Gab was drinking a packet of Capri sun juice last evening when the weirdest
thing happened.  She sucked on the straw and that silly thing came out of
the packet and stabbed her throat.  She gagged and spit it out and then
almost started to cry.  I seriously never knew the straw would fly out like
that.  Scarry.
