For informal occasions, you may want to make her an intentionally off center
pony tail. Aim for a couple of inches to one side or the other and a little
higher than normal. You want it to be obviously intentional.

Hi Eric. I think I'm going to give painting her nales a shot. It couldn't
hurt. But, yes there's a lot of sited help around. My son will probably be
totally amazed. Smile. She's such a girly girl, it's so much fun. Heck, I'm
still trying to get her pony tales even when I do her hair! Sometimes when I
think they're even, my son will say to me "really mom? she looks goofy."
Lol.

Gerri, it's Eric.  I see nothing wrong with your daughter wanting her nails
painted.  As previously mentioned, use a paper plate to help you.  Is there
any sighted help available?  After all, you are teaching your daughter; why
