[blparent] Exercising at home- toning vs. cardio

How cute, grin. Something like this may help with toning but not cardio.
In order to reach cardio, which is what the body needs in order to lose
weight, your heart rate needs to reach at least 120. Toning and
stretching exercises won't afford the body this, so if you want to lose
weight and get cardio in, you will need to do something like jogging or
walking.

Wow, one of the best exercise I found was you lay on the floor and put
him on your stomach and then lift in, fly him in the air above you. It
is a great exercise and he thinks you're playing.
