Do you know where these rings and shapes are sold?

Truth is tough. It will not break, like a bubble, at a touch; nay, you may
kick it about all day like a football, and it will be round and full at
evening.--Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr.

It takes a bit of trial and error to adjust the temp but if you always
use the same amount/scoop you can figure this out. You can also use
pancake rings which come in a variety of shapes like heart, circle,
star... and pour the mix into the ring. Then you can locate the ring
with the spatula and slide underneath to flip.
Keep tryinhgl.
