How would one go about contacting the NFB in a case like this? I'm not a
member, as I live in a city where there's no way for me to get to meetings,
and the person who runs the meetings won't let anyone hitch rides with
anyone else. The chapter here is, as she explains, pretty inactive and more
than half hearted.
