Since some of you seem to be unable to hold a civil discussion, not attach each other, etc. I am going to put this list on Moderated status for the time being. No messages will go out unless approved by Steve Jacobson or myself. I am not sure why this list is so problematic -- but it is. We have about 200 lists, and this one is the biggest problem. Dave
