[blparent] Long overdue update and request for help?

Hi and welcome back.

I was thinking about you leaving a job for traning and it bugs me.  Is
there a way you could work less and still get traning in the areas you
need it?  Is the traning work related because if so you should get to
keep your job.  If its home related can they send some one to your
home to work on your time you have to work with them out of work?  I
would just hate to see you give up a job in this econnamy.

Just some thoughts.
