Hasn't the way they administer and control oxygen changed? 
Also, the way they monitor oxygen levels has changed too. 
Shelia, I'm curious to know how they did things back when you and your
husband were babies.

I think it still happens because smaller and smaller premature babies are
able to be kept alive, but people have known about this for 50 or
60 years, so not quite sure what the study was about.
