Hi gloria,
I'd buy a bunch of onesies,  some more sleep-and-plays, and I'd make 
sure to buy a few smaller items in case yoru baby is smaller than 
expected. I had to deal with that, and I didnt' have enough premee 
clothes, which was kind of unfortunate, since my son, who was not 
actualy a primie was born at four pounds, thirteen ounces. don't go 
nuts with outfits though. You can always get more later.
Buy burp cloths, wash cloths, cloth diapers if you'll use those, if 
not, then get some disposable diapers in size newborn or one. Make sure 
to buy clothes that will be fitting for the  season in which yoru baby 
will be born if you live in an area where the climate varies depending 
on season. For instance, my son was born in february so I had a snow 
suit ready for him  for the transport from the hospital.
That's all I can think of for now.
