Sheila, it's highly recommended that Pipi receive residency status, and in
California, 2-months' residency may be required.  It may be that she may be
asked to show proof of residency before she enrolls in Junior Blind and
Braille Institute.   Part of the reason why I won't touch Louisiana,
Colorado, or Blind, Inc., is that I'm too smart to stay there.  Plus, the
students and counselors are very supportive at Junior Blind and Braille
Institute.

And one more thing to add: There is no pressure!  No people yelling at
you.  Pipi, you are treated as an adult.  They may be strict, but they
believe in self-discipline.
