[blparent] My story and request for help

I'm trying to find a way to pay for childcare in Colorado. I have found
all of the centers that fit the basic needs of being on the public
transport route, that offer full time care, and are reasonably close to
either the apartments or the center. I haven't gone out looking for my
dream center. I called quality star and they sent me a list of all
licensed day cares in the Littleton area. I called all of them, asked
questions, got information. I then removed the centers that weren't near
the public transport lines. I removed two because I want a safe
environment for Savannah. I have worked in the childcare field since
1999 and those 2 centers did not meet my requirements.
I did place the remaining centers on a list in order of my preference.
The cost for each center is very similar. They vary a small amount a week.
I believe I said it in another email, but I will again. My absolute
first choice is a montasorry school. It was $250 cheaper a month than
the day cares. Unfortunately there is a large waiting list. We are on
it, but I spoke directly to the principal and she said it was very
unlikely that we would make it to the top of the list by the start of
school in August. I am still trying though.
Please feel free to ask anymore questions you would like.
