I really love it.  All that you do is make sure the lip of the roll and 
go is underneath the back of the car seat and the front of the device 
is flush with the back of the car seat then thread the strapp through 
the area that you'd normally use to buckle the car seat to the seat 
belt in the car.  After that, it's as easy is pull the handle out and 
off you go.  I've also kept it attached when in the car to save time 
and it fits perfectly.
