Also, where do you find all of the information on how to navigate with voice

The voice that you use on the iPhone is called voice over. Have someone go
to settings, general, accessibility and turn voice over on. Then, touch
anywhere on the screen and it will tell you what is there, and to open that
application you just double tap on it really fast.
