[blparent] potty training

Ronit, Erin, et all,

I can attest that Alex is super verbal and probably ready to try and
potty train. We've been gearing up in our house for this momentous
event as well and Erik is a month older. The two boys are pretty
chatty and I'm sure they will both do fine. Glad to know that Ronit is
doing it first so I can learn from her.

Erin, I love what you wrote about getting Dawson all psyched up about
potty training. We've had a potty chair in our bathroom for a year and
Erik actually used it a few times when he was 17 or 18 months old.
Nowadays though, he tells us very plainly that he won't go poop in the
potty and that he isn't a big boy. So, I love some of the techniques
you are using to make it fun and exciting.

I think we might need to get some videos for Erik to psych him up
since he is really, really adamant about not going in the potty
lately. He's really, really good at telling us he pooped the second
he's done it in his diapers though.
