I'm glad everybody ended up safe, and even more glad that you had it
validated you were doing the right thing.

kick it about all day like a football, and it will be round and full at
evening.--Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr.

Hi,

Today when I was crossing a road, I was sure that I was doing everything
right, but someone continued driving in front of me despite the stop sign.
I heard someone yelled something through a car window. Well, I thought
someone was kind of concerned seeing me, a blind mom with kid in a
stroller. I passed a bus stop and heard same voice saying to someone about
things like" she was crossing" and "stop sign". I continued walking. And
police officer called me and approached me. Well, I thought, someone
complained to a police officer, that a baby might be not safe with a blind
mom on the road. I remember chatting about that sort of things in the list.
I thought I would need to explain that I was OK and my blindness was not a
reason to stop me. But policeman said: "Mam, the guy continued driving in
front of you despite the stop sign, just let you know I caught him and he
got a ticket".
Wha- at?! That was the happy end. And a nice feeling that I was protected
and nobody were going to examine me about my abilities with taking care of
the baby.

Have a nice day to all of you.

Tatyana.
