Has she expressed an interest in shaving her legs? Of course it may simply
not have occurred to her yet, but may become a big deal when the weather
warms up. :)

She will most likely want the closer shave of a razor pretty quickly as she
is of an age that girls think others notice the smallest of imperfections. I
think good tools are important for getting a job done well. A good sharp
razor will not require her to press down as hard on her skin and will
actually be safer than other options. She will probably want to use the same
tools you or other close female roll models use.

You might look for some utube videos or other how to info to share with her.
I know sometimes girls that age do not listen to their moms very well.

I toyed with the subject whether or not it was blind parent related and you
can see, I decided it is indeed.  My daughter is now 13 and a little lady.
I noticed that her legs and a big hairy which means it is that time for
shaving.  
I was wondering if any of you moms or dads know of a razor that might be
safe for those first timers?  I remember when I was a teen, I used something
called a flicker, which was made for beginners.
