[blparent] stroller and carseat suggestions

Hi all,
I'm aksing for suggestions for a stroler, and for a carseat, yes I
know this has been brought up before but I have specific requirements.
I need something that isn't going to break the bank, that can be
pulled easily, I have hte sit n stroll but find it difficult to pull
and use my dog because it goes from side to side so much.
It must have a 5 point harness because my son lieks to lean a lot.
my son is 24 pounds and 32 inches tall so it needs to accomidate him
and for a good while.
I'll take suggestions for a single or double stroller as we are
planning baby number 2 also.
It need to be easy to fold up as I'm not a hugely strong person, we
had a jeep strolelr but folding it was jsut awful, and it needs to be
able to fit in a standard trunk for whenwe use a cab.
the car seat needs to be at least somewhat portable, liek being able
to be carried in 1 hand, son is again 24 pounds 32 inches tall.
