Jo Elizabeth, Jennifer: Per all state laws, you are right, Jo Elizabeth and
Jennifer: Drivers can be cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an
accident, failing to yield, and failure to maintain due care of a blind or
blind pedestrians.  I have news for you, Jennifer: You can't just help
helpful people.  They overhelp: help when they don't need to.  Please don't
be so negative, okay?  These people just need compassion.  I wish I had a
witness here.  Don't let blending with the crowd deter you from not doing
your duty in crossing the street, amen?
