It may be that your husband and Eric speak the same language when it comes
to potty training. Gender may be a factor but it may not be. It may just be
that your husband is better at teaching and explaining this skill.

Lisa, I wonder if the fact that your husband is also a boy has anything to
do with his potty training success with Eric. I'm just curious because I'm
trying to get as much information as possible before Kahlan is ready to
potty train. I kind of wish she was ready now. She'll be home from day care
for a couple of months because the provider is no longer in business after
today, so it would be nice if we could start the process while she's home.
