My husband has an Android and he just went to settings and turned on the
voice. Do you have to pay for license for it? What exactly can one do and
not the other, I'm kind of confused here. v

Re: another off the topic question
For all of you that don't know me I'm Ryan Linebarger I live in Texas
and I see that the discussion of iOS and android is in play here. Let me
start by saying I love android a lot because the system can get things that
iPhone can't but as fare as accessibility for someone blind or visually
impaired you need a sighted person to help you get mobile accessibility and
put it on the phone. Now down to the real thing here iPhone ,iPad it comes
with voice over already no work to do and don't have to spend $100 for the
license it's already on the phone good to go. I think having the iPhone
designed and made was great. I thank the apple team for creating a device
that's perfect to the blind population. I have had an iPhone 3GS in 2010 and
now own the iPhone 5 I have owned androids phones such as galaxy solace 4g.
I like it but iPhone is the way I go I will not go to android again. For me
it worked best cause I have t-mobile cause they have a program called EIP
equipment installment plan so my deposit on the phone was fair and each
month I was to only pay 12.50 towards the phone in a 24 month period but I
paid like 40-60 a month if I found and only had my phone since April and its
already paid off the I refuse to go back to android I have my iPhone and
iPad mini I want nothing less than excellent as apple
